This month we were invited to Gill Stockbridge's exhibition for
her final exams,
her artworks looked stunning and we will be featuring some of her
bigger
paintings later in the month.
We were also invited to view the newly acquired artwork at St
Georges
Hospital in Tooting. Last year ,we had an exhibition called
African Landscapes
that featured some of our artists work, some of the comments
written in the
visitors book, made us realise how important art can be, from a
healing point
of view, this exhibition for us wasn't really about money, but
about providing a
form of healing and relaxation for patients and staff, and I think
we did
achieve our goal.
Later in the month, we went along to Cannizaro Park, in Wimbledon,
to view the
Zimbabwean sculptures, these beautiful sculptures will be on
display at
different venues around the UK,
